The disc drive is not present, and the buttons, power functions, and Wi-Fi/Ethernet are not working. The console has been cleaned and the vents are in clean condition. Cosmetic condition is fair with visible wear such as scuffs, scratches, or discoloration. HDMI port has been tested functional.
